Excellent work

Chris has just completed some work on our very old wooden sash windows. He has restored them to their original finery, stopped the draft and the rattle and they now all open and close with ease and minimum effort! Many thanks for your excellent work.

Chris has restored several doors in my home to a very high standard including reshaping, resizing and replacement of Edwardian locking systems. He did a fabulous job when he replaced my front upvc door and frame with an original but neglected wooden door I had bought from another house in the street, which he fully restored, including making the door frame and circular window for above the door. His craftsmanship is spectacular and attention to detail admirable. Chris always ensures the job is as wanted and is very experienced and careful. His work has been to a very high standard on each occasion and I would wholeheartedly recommend Chris for any joinery work.

Replacing doors that had had to be removed as they were asbesdos backed

Chris worked for us replacing 8 doors that had to be removed so we could convert the space for an office, all the doorways were a different width and height. Chris was marvellous, making all the doors fit and also was very clean and tidy while doing the work, we were extremely pleased with the results. 
I would highly recommend Chris to do any joinery work, as his knowledge is very wide and he could tackle just about anything.

Window repair and bespoke joinery

Chris is an excellent craftsmen.
He has renovated our sash windows to like new condition and double glazed them.
He has made some bespoke furniture from oak we supplied from a fallen tree.
When working on our windows you would not know he was there.

Excellent craftsmanship, very friendly.

We had a very awkward gap left after removal of some old doors in our property. Chris designed and fitted a handmade doorframe and hung a set of French doors to replace. Excellent job, very pleased. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
